We offer a fully integrated service: think of access gates with 24/7 access, emergency doors, cameras, emergency assistance system, backup systems, etc.
Because all these components are connected to one system, it is very useful for you as a gym owner to maintain an overview.
In addition, the system ensures a safe environment in your gym. When we receive an emergency notification from the emergency response system, we immediately contact the emergency services if necessary. Because we are continuously connected to your gym and comply with Dutch laws and regulations, we can take immediate action in the event of an emergency or calamity.

24-hour connection to emergency services
When serious incidents occur in your gym, we intervene immediately. Emergency services are called in if a panic alert is triggered. We maintain a 24/7 connection with your gym, so we can intervene at any time in emergencies.
All reports received at your gym are received by us, allowing us to intervene quickly. If any member finds themselves in a dangerous situation, we can use the built-in audio system to announce the incident so other members can help. If no help is available, we immediately contact emergency services.

Fully online system
The entire system has a 24-hour internet connection. This includes the surveillance cameras, access control, the connection to your fitness management software, and the emergency services. It's impossible to be connected to the internet at all times. In the Netherlands, the average availability is 99.8%. This is very high, but in practice, it means your internet connection can be down for an average of 1.5 hours per month. We've taken this into account as well, and in addition to the internet backup system, we also offer a backup system for power and audio.
GDPR-proof and NDAA-compliant
Our systems are designed, installed, and maintained by certified Design Experts. We deliver according to international quality standards and the NEN-EN-IEC 62676-5:2018 standard. In addition to these security requirements, the system is GDPR-compliant, and the installation is NDAA-compliant.
This means that no SoC (System on Chip) or other components are used that can process software from banned Chinese companies. This is very important if you want to respect the privacy of your members.
User-friendly for members
Our system is very user-friendly for your gym members. Members arrive at the entrance gate for access control and register there. This registration is done using a smartphone or access card. The control is connected to a membership administration system so you, as the gym owner, always know who has been in your gym and when.
Because we are always in contact with your gym, we can immediately monitor and call for emergency services in the event of a panic alarm.
Our system works with various alarm carriers so that in the event of a panic, they can send an emergency message and our employees can provide remote assistance and, if necessary, call the emergency services.
